Smoking up some javelina on the barrel smoker. What are the signs of a pitmaster? Well one thing I owuld say is cooking up different meats on different types of pits. I like using my ugly drum smoker or UDS or even my Barrel HOuse Cooker. But, you have to know how to use all kinds of pits to make that claim. Well I think I can be called pitmaster.
