In this video I instruct Nathan Jones through a self-myfascial release exercise to release tight hamstrings as they contribute to lower back pain. Tight hamstrings contribute to pelvic-lumbar misalignment in relationship to hip dysfunction and lower back pain. This technique releases, lengthens and hydrates both the hamstring muscle and fascial tissue to increase pelvic-lumbar mobility and flexibility to help resolve long standing mobility limitations that cause lower back pain.
