Florida Grass Flats LOADED With Blue Crabs! (Catch & Cook Adventure)

Wading the shallow grass flats of Southwest Florida turned into an incredible blue crab catch & cook adventure! In just an hour and a half, I scooped up 15 medium-to-large blue crabs using a net while exploring the warm summer waters near a public access inlet area.

The crabs were surprisingly inactive, just lying in or on top of the grass beds, making it the perfect time to target them. These grass flats in SW Florida are holding solid numbers of blue crabs right now, especially during the late summer months when the water heats up.
