These chickpea and rice balls are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and taste better than meat! A simple and healthy recipe made with wholesome ingredients that everyone has at home. 📌 Ingredients:
60g Rice
70ml Water
250g Canned chickpeas
1 Red onion
Olive oil
Sweet pepper
210g Boiled beets
3 tbsp Chickpea flour
1 tsp Dried garlic
½ tsp Dried ground paprika
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper
📌 Sauce:
3 tbsp Natural yogurt (Replace with plant-based yogurt if you are vegan)
Fresh parsley and mint
1 Clove of garlic
1 tsp Marjoram
Salt to taste
