Relocating the battery in the MK4 GTI

In today's episode, we'll be relocating the MK4 GTI's battery to the hatch. We'll also rebuild the fuse panel that used to live on top of it. This addresses a common MK4 issue, helps with weight distribution and also cleans up the engine bay. Sweet!
