A modern re-imagining of the song "Dead or Alive" from the Grenadian-born Trinidadian calypsonian, Mighty Sparrow, about the eventful year of 1979 in which multiple revolutions and coups occurred. The song was played extensively during the Grenada Revolution and was even released as part of Radio Free Grenada's compilation tape. In addition to 2025 marking the 45th anniversary of the song's release, the world has found itself in a similar global situation in the past few years, inspiring viewers of this channel to make their own modern lyrics. These were compiled, tweaked, and built upon to make this modern rendition. A fitting way to celebrate this channel's 100k subscriber milestone.
