Riding the beautiful hills of northwest Arkansas. Spring 2025. We did a loop starting in Eureka Springs, down the Pig Trail Scenic Byway, then over to Oark via Hwy 215, which is part of the TransAmerica Trail and truly the most scenic road of the trip. We had a great lunch at the Oark Cafe, then continued east along the Mulberry River to Hwy 21 & Hwy 16, and on to Hwy 327. Highway 327 was also a one of the highlights of the day with beautiful views and plenty of twists and turns.
Hiking at Alum Cove Natural Bridge Recreation Area was a great way to take a break from riding and absolutely worth the stop with easy access to numerous waterfalls and rock formations.
Heading back, Highway 74 from Jasper to Ponca is a fun road for motorcycle riding with tight turns and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forest. And exploring Eureka Springs is a great way to end an excellent day of riding.
