Ingredients
. Ground Dika nuts ( Ogbono) - 2 cooking spoon
. Palm oil - one cooking spoon
. Peppers - one scotch bonnet and two bell peppers
. Onions - one ball
. Stock fish
. Cow skin
. Beef
. Seasoning and salt to taste
. Water - 2cups
. Spinach to garnish
Procedure:
1) place your pot on fire and add palm oil. Allow to heat up and add blended pepper.
2) Add washed stock fish and cow skin
3) Add seasoning and salt to taste
4) Stir and allow to steam for about four minutes
5) Add boiled beef and stir. Add water and Allow to boil for 3minutes
6) Add ground Dika nut. Stir and allow to cook for another 4minutes
7) Add spinach to garnish . Stir and heat up for about 2 minutes
8) Your delicious Dika nut soup is ready to be served with your choice of side swallow 😋
