Competition weekend vlog for Simba 🏋🏽‍♂️ This video covers two days out and the day before the MIA Classic, leading into his first competition back with no injuries. After a long road of recovery, this meet marked his first officially injury-free competition (still some knee pains & siatica hahaha) — a big milestone in the journey.

He took attempts he hadn’t touched since July 2024, focusing on trusting the work, moving well, and enjoying being back on the platform. Not every lift is about the total — sometimes it’s about proving you’re back, healthy, and moving forward again.

This vlog is about the build-up, the mindset, and the moments leading into competition day. Grateful for the process and excited for what’s ahead.
