TryHackMe: Recovery (recover fixutil malware infected webserver)

So it seems that Alex has accidentally ran the fixutil malware binary on it's webserver and caused huge damaged to it's own webserver. He didn't perform a backup on the webserver files which is a bad practice so he need us to solve the problem caused by fixutil malware. So let's recover the machine back to normal by removing those infected stuff caused by fixutil malware.
