How I Made an Overhead Camera Rig | Tips to Get Good Topdown Shots

An overhead rig is a camera setup that allows you to capture footage from directly above your subject. This can be useful in situations where you want to capture a bird's eye view of your subject, such as a cooking show, product unboxing or a demo.

There are a few different ways to do this, but with my experience these 2 methods have worked the best for me.
The Dual monitor mount is perfect for a permit setup on a desk or can be removed when not needed. This works great because you can also mount lights to it to reduce clutter on the floor.
The C Stand is also a great method to get higher up shots and have more control to get the perfect shot.
