In this video we discuss some of the issues I find on motorcycle crankshafts and talk about how to repair them. We get started on the repair by setting a TS125 Suzuki crankshaft up in the lathe and turn it down to accept a stainless steel sleeve, that we make from a piece of stainless rod. This is done to repair the sealing surface of the crankshaft.
