POTATO AND LEEK FILO PIE
800 gr (about 2 pounds) new potatoes
3-4 leeks washed
50 gr butter melted + 30 gr for cooking leeks
10 -12 sheets filo pastry
150 gr. cheese like mozzarella *grated or sliced
2 garlic cloves
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 table spoon dry herbs and spices**
you can make it without cheese no problem
** use anything you like or have . Parsley, oregano, nut meg, paprika, thyme hot pepper flakes everything will work.
