If you venture into Taiwan, you'll likely notice garbage trucks playing music. But why? How does it work? Why are people waiting around?
Turns out you need special garbage bags to throw trash away using these garbage trucks. Some places that have HOA will have garbage cans that you can toss trash any time and they will arrange to have the garbage throw away for you. So not everyone chases the garbage truck.
