– Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
– Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
– Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
– Water – 3 tbsp
– Garam masala – 2 tsp (divided – 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp)
– Salt – ½ tsp (for liver)
