UMK3 Arcade Edition Revised 2025 Update (Genesis Romhack)

This project was orignally made by Nemesis_c, r57shell & Smoke v0.6 by 2017

By revision 0.71 it ended and it was up to the fans to kontinue its development as it did need a few more things to make it better. Many have done revisions on this rom and i am aware of the other versions. I wanted to pick this project up myself and make my own Revision. It is a noble cause and something i think should be done for the love of Mortal Kombat and keeping Sega Genesis MK ports ahead of snes. Ive already done work on regular umk3 with improvements but since this is the best quality hack out there i decided to take it on. I took everything i did in the other umk3 roms and added it all into this one. Making it as klose as possible to the arcade and with a few bonus features like a few characters of my own design (noob, p2 cyber smoke and wanting MK Trilogy Ermac, as hes my favorite) I showcase a few in this video and purposly lose by speed hack to speed up time.
As you see in the video Rain has his teaser pallete as seen in the umk3 arcade intro and as seen in umk3plus. Human Smoke is is now a darker grey and not the white kolored lin kuei he turned out to be after MK2 so i fixed that. Cyber smoke has is arcade pallete and p2 has a awesome grey pallete not seen in the video but is there. I put alot of work into this and even rekolored a few menus and stages. Id like to release this in a final revision soon, but there are some limitations im facing so i may release sooner with a few more extra things done. it already is a beautiful work of art. So here it is my beta 1.5 revision of umk3 arkade edition.
