Update: Teachers Striving Towards Family Homes! | Location, Location, Location

Today, we’re revisiting not one but TWO sets of aspiring home owners!

We’re checking back in with Leon and his wife Cherelle who in 2017, were keen to move out of her grandmother’s house in Balham and into their own marital home in Croydon, to start a family of their own. They were hoping to land a 2 bedroom flat with allocated parking that would allow space for future kids, and be within an hour’s distance of their respective workplaces. Did Kirstie and Phil put their £265,000 budget to good use?

Richard and Jo on the other hand, were in a race against time to move into their own home in Berkshire and be clear of the confines of their work place campus all within six weeks… And considering they hadn’t owned their own home in 10 years, they had requirements they wanted Kirstie and Phil to stick to closely; a 4 bedroom detached house with a master en suite, with a family kitchen-diner, close to amenities and within the budget of £650,000. How did they get on?
