How to test for POTS at home with a pulse oximeter or with an app on your phone :) This is called a poor mans tilt table test or an active stand test
Hope this helps you keep track of your condition or decide whether you should undergo official testing for POTS! This won't give you an official diagnosis but can give you a good indication of whether you should see your doctor about it & it's a great way to monitor yourself once you're diagnosed!
