[CHARACTER BIOS - SPOILERS BELOW]

alastor the radio demon is a demon from the tv show hazbin hotel. after its success as a youtube pilot, the show was picked up and streamed on amazon prime. alastor used to be a human, but ever since he died, he’s become an overlord in h/ll, broadcasting the screams of his victims on the radio station. he joins the princess, charlie morningstar, in her pet project to redeem souls in order to get them into heaven. he uses his charms, as well as his affinity for old fashioned values and analog radio, to worm his way into the main cast of the hotel with his vague, implied ulterior motives to become more powerful. he’s also asexual! (implied)

tony the talking clock is the teacher from the second installment of the webseries don’t hug me i’m scared. “dhmis” (as it’s commonly shortened to) is about three puppets who learn about concepts and topics in a parody children’s network where something usually goes horribly wrong. in his breakout episode, he sings a song teaching the characters about time… poorly. time is a tool you can wear, put on the wall, it’s old, there’s a lot of it, and it’s very, very finite (according to him). his teaching methods are very cruel, screaming at the main characters when they start asking too many questions about the lesson, ending his lesson by speeding up time and aging the characters rapidly to show how time “makes their appearance change.” he also made an appearance in the don’t hug me i’m scared television show… as a corpse.
