The Polyphoenix still is a very flexible still design allowing you to use modular components to make a wide variety of spirits or flavor extracts.
This video shows you how to make rum from molasses /sugar cane/ golden syrup.
Using the bubble capper plates we are able to run the product through the still in one go without the need for a stripping run.
The purity can easily be controlled using the output liquid management valve.
Unlike using a coolant management still this is extremely easy to operate and is able to target your output ABV and purity simply by turning the valve on the hoffman clamp.
This is one of the most flexible still designs that has ever existed allowing you to re-configure the still in many different shapes to suit the rum, scotch or vodka that you are trying to extract.
