The evil genius, Silas Volkmire, and his sidekick, the Dark Queen, have kidnapped the daughter of a well-renowned scientist and Zitz, one of the Battletoads. Now the remaining 'Toads, Rash and Pimple, must rescue the two captives and stop the deadly duo from fulfilling their plans to control the world.
In this movie the toads seem to recall that they are Ninja Turtles rivals. Whenever they snatch a minute, they master their martial arts techniques, not caring that it's not ninjutsu and just straight brutality.
The author, Dooty ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/D... ), improves the previous movie ( https://tasvideos.org/344M ) by 00:48.35 seconds thanks to better manipulation and some new tricks.
