FR : Cette œuvre créée à la mémoire de deux adolescents disparus le 14 avril 2001 dans un accident de la circulation (Nicolas Acquaviva et Nicolas Mancini), fut donnée pour la première fois en 2004 au festival de Saint-Denis dans la basilique Cathédrale du même nom.
Ange Leccia, immense plasticien de renommée internationale s’est saisi de cette œuvre pour produire un document vidéo grâce à une captation puis une exploitation très personnelle des images et du son. C’était il y a 21 ans ! Nous avons le plaisir aujourd’hui de livrer au grand public, cette œuvre étonnante et saisissante.

EN : This work, created in memory of two teenagers who died in a traffic accident on April 14, 2001 (Nicolas Acquaviva and Nicolas Mancini), was first performed in 2004 at the Saint-Denis Festival, in the Basilica cathedral of the same name.
Ange Leccia, a renowned visual artist of international stature, took hold of this piece to produce a video work through a recording and a very personal interpretation of both image and sound.
That was 21 years ago! Today, we are pleased to present this astonishing and moving work to the general public.

Depuis 1978, l'ensemble polyphonique A Filetta est l’un des groupes phare du chant en Corse. Cette formation dont l’objectif premier fut de participer à la sauvegarde du patrimoine oral insulaire, s’est largement ouverte au monde tout en demeurant ancrée dans sa terre d’origine. Elle se caractérise par une inventivité toujours renouvelée et une interprétation exigeante.
