Beautiful and Gourmet City "OKAZAKI"

Okazaki city is an old historical town in Aichi prefecture. It's a castle town that has prospered for centuries, and is also known as the birthplace of Tokugawa Ieyasu, one of Japan's most famous historical SHOGUN.

Okazaki Park, which is where Okazaki Castle is located, is a popular spot to see the cherry blossoms in the spring that's visited by many people. Its multicolored shrine is also a great spot for Instagram photos.
You can also meet Okazaki's popular mascot "Okazaemon", and maybe even some samurai!
In terms of food, Okazaki is famous for its miso, and "Hatcho Miso", which is right next to Okazaki Castle, has been making miso for centuries. Stew made from their miso is also popular.
