Cabin Trip - Killens Pond State Park

As temperatures edged into the mid-60s in the final days of February, I seized the opportunity to spend a few days in Killens Pond State Park, Delaware. With the mountain road to the cabin still thawing, it was the perfect time for a local getaway. I booked a two-day stay in one of the park's cozy cabins.
Evenings were spent by the campfire, culminating in a delightful rib-eye and shrimp dinner with Mrs. Rook on the second night. During my stay, I explored the cabin and cottage areas, as well as the RV/Trailer and Tent camping spots available in the park. It was a truly memorable trip.
