[0:00] Introduction
[0:47] The dye - ~1% Stock solution of Dharma Forest Green
[1:29] Presoaking the yarn, 300 g of KnitPicks Wool of the Andes Worsted Weight Yarn, for 30 min at room temperature in plain tap water
[1:43] The dyebath - 12 cups water + 3 tablespoons of white vinegar.
[1:58] Skein 1 (medium skein): 2 T (tablespoons) of the 1% stock solution
wait 10 min to check in on the color
[3:28] Skein 2 (lightest shade): less than 1/2 a tablespoon (maybe 1/3?) It was a rough estimate shown on the spoon.
[5:44] dyeing skein 3 (the darkest shade) 5 T of the 1% stock solution
After 10 min, add two big splashes of white vinegar (not measured)
[8:18] The leftover dye
[8:32] Washing the cooled off yarn
[10:24] The finished dry yarn and conclusions
