Ingredients:
bread flour 450 grams ( 3 1/2 cups)
sugar 60 grams (4 1/2 tbsp)
salt 5 grams ( 1 tsp)
powder milk 20 grams ( 2 tbsp)
instant yeast 11 grams (3 tsp)
potato flakes 25 grams ( 4 tbsp)
bread improver 1/2 tsp (optional)
whole egg 2 large 100 grams
egg yolk 1 medium
milk 280ml ( 1 cup + 3 tbsp) fullcream
butter 1/2 cup (113 grams) Softened
Cream cheese Filling:
butter 150 grams
Power sugar 300 grams
cream cheese 2 box (450 grams)
vanilla 1 tsp
Baking time: 18-20 minutes
Oven temperature: 150-160 °c
moulder size: 5 1/2 inches wide
Note:
the difference is if you use bread flour or all-purpose flour for this recipe. when using bread flour, the bread is chewy, soft, and firm, unlike using all-purpose flour. It is still soft and fluffy, but the bread can be deformed in shape.
you can also use fresh boiled mashed potato but make sure it is finely ground so that it is not visible in the dough. but it's better to use potato flakes. It's easier to use anytime and has no hassle.
