For PC you will want to use the program MIDI-OX http://www.midiox.com/ and on Mac use SysEx Librarian https://www.snoize.com/sysexlibrarian/. You will also need a stable MIDI connection to your PC/Mac. I recommend the LEKATO cables (make sure to select the appropriate USB for your system, newer macs will be USBc) https://amzn.to/33pWyJk.
