RESTORING AN OLD CEDAR CHEST PART 1 (REMOVING THE OLD FINISH)

In this video I have been tasked with restoring an old cedar chest. In part one I will be removing the old finish and sharing the things that I am learning as I make my way through this project . Restoring old furniture is a lot of hard work and trial and error, watch along so that you may learn from my mistakes and have an easier time in your furniture restoration projects. Having the skills to give makeovers to old furniture is a great way to make money, let loose your creative side and give new life to old furniture . Using paint stripper and various sanding methods you can remove just about any paint finish you may encounter. Listed below are the products that I used in this project .
