PROTEIN BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
Ingredients:
3 Overripe Bananas (cold for better sugar caramelization)
¾ cup Coconut Flour
¼ cup Almond Flour
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (dairy-free alternatives ok to sub)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Salt
5 Eggs
¼ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
¼ cup Maple Syrup
Directions:
1. Mix in standing mixer--mixing by hand is totally doable, albeit more labor intensive
2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-46 mins, depending on oven variability
