We begin today’s Workout Worship LIVE the only way we should — with God’s Word and His presence leading us. This session focuses on shoulders, chest, and triceps, building upper-body strength, control, and endurance as an act of worship and stewardship.
This workout is not about comfort — it’s about obedience, discipline, and honoring God with our bodies.
🕒 Workout Format
🔥 5-minute Warm-Up
🏋🏽♀️ 20-minute Strength Training
• 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
• 4 sets per exercise
🚶🏾 20-minute Cardio (your choice — walk, run, bike, row, treadmill, step-ups, etc.)
🧘🏾♀️ 5-minute Cool Down Stretch
💪 Today’s Strength Moves (Upper Body Push Focus)
1️⃣ Alternating & Double Shoulder Press
2️⃣ Cross-Body Front Raises
3️⃣ Tricep Kickbacks
4️⃣ Dumbbell Chest Press
5️⃣ Negative Push-Ups
🙌 Every press builds strength. Every controlled negative builds endurance. Every rep is worship. When God strengthens us, it’s not just for ourselves — it’s so we can serve Him with our whole lives.
🎒 Bring: Dumbbells, mat (optional), water, towel — and your faith.
📖 We begin 20–30 minutes early for prayer and scripture. When the timer starts, it’s go time — no pausing, no breaks.
