A commuter train was evacuated in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Wednesday, April 16, after an island-wide power outage, which caused it to come to a stop on an elevated track. A spokesman for Luma Energy, said more than 1.4 million customers were without power across the island nation, local media reported. They also added in a later tweet, "Based on current projections, it is estimated that restoring service to 90 percent of customers could take between 48 and 72 hours.”
