Did the coronavirus halt your printmaking classes mid-project? In this printmaking course, we were at various stages of creating a softground intaglio print. This is a demonstration of how you can use a scanner, camera, and photoshop to create a digitally layered image that mimics the softground process. We use photoshop layers and masking as a substitution for stopping out and etching softground intaglio.
