This is the second tongue extension I made since the first one bent too much and would not carry the tongue weight. I used .250 square steel tube on this one, made it 3 feet shorter, and welded on a truss to strengthen it also. It worked great, though I wish I left it longer.
Thanks Al for your help building it, use of your shop tools, and brainstorming ideas to make this project work !
