ഓപ്പറേഷന് സിന്ദൂറിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യ നല്കിയ കനത്ത തിരിച്ചടിയില് പ്രഹരമേറ്റ വിവരം ആദ്യമായി പരസ്യമായി സമ്മതിച്ച് പാകിസ്താന്. ഓപ്പറേഷന് സിന്ദൂറില് പാക് വ്യോമതാവളത്തിലെ സൈനിക സംവിധാനങ്ങള്ക്ക് നാശനഷ്ടമുണ്ടായതായും അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന സൈനികര്ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റതായും ഇത് ആദ്യമായാണ് പാകിസ്താന്റെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും ഔദ്യോഗിക സ്ഥിരീകരണം വരുന്നത്. ഡിസംബര് 27ന് ശനിയാഴ്ച നടന്ന വര്ഷാവസാന വാര്ത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തില് പാകിസ്താന് ഉപപ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയും വിദേശകാര്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ ഇഷാഖ് ദാര് ആണ് ഇക്കാര്യ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത്. ഇന്ത്യന് ഡ്രോണുകള് റാവല്പിണ്ടിയിലെ ചക്ലാലയിലുള്ള നൂറ് ഖാന് വ്യോമതാവളത്തെ ആക്രമിച്ചതായും, അതില് സൈനിക സൗകര്യങ്ങള്ക്ക് നാശനഷ്ടമുണ്ടായതായും അവിടെയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റതായും അദ്ദേഹം സമ്മതിച്ചു.
In a significant development, Pakistan has officially acknowledged for the first time the damage caused by India’s Operation Sindoor. The admission confirms that Pakistani military installations were hit and personnel were injured during the operation, marking a rare public acknowledgment from Islamabad.
During a year-end press conference held on December 27 (Saturday), Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar stated that Indian drones targeted the Nur Khan Airbase in Chaklala, Rawalpindi. He confirmed that the attack resulted in damage to military infrastructure and injuries to officers stationed at the base.
This statement is the first official confirmation from Pakistan regarding the impact of Operation Sindoor, highlighting the intensity and effectiveness of India’s military response. The revelation has drawn widespread attention and may have serious implications for regional security, India–Pakistan relations, and future military strategy.
