Clinical Features:
A 69 years old male patient came with
Recurrent stroke
H/o CABG
Ultrasound Features:
Severe luminal narrowing/stenosis in the proximal part of left ICA due to sonolucent (Type I) plaque.
Mild luminal narrowing/stenosis in bilateral CCA & left carotid bulb due to soft & mixed plaques (Type II,III).
Mild atherosclerotic intima-medial thickening on both CCA & ICA.
