My name is Ciaran Barry. I am a life coach and career coach who works with clients from all different backgrounds who are looking to create a change in their life. I help my clients set goals, discover their values and passions, identify what is holding them back and help them develop new strategies to overcome their challenges.  My mission is to help people live happier lives, packed full of success, joy and purpose.

I have helped professionals at all career stages in corporate roles, the Irish Defence Forces and human resources,  in addition, I have worked with other  life coaches looking to start their own business. Working together, I have helped my clients achieve a wide range of life, business and career goals.

I am a professional qualified coach, so you can be assured that you are working with a coach who has completed many training programmes. In addition to my coaching diploma I have qualifications in business management, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy.
