Zoochosis: is this what we are all experiencing?

Have you ever looked around on the bus, in class or at a café and realised everyone looks the same?
In this video I explain what zoochosis is in captive animals and then ask whether we’ve created a human version of it through routine, screens, capitalism and the attention economy. We’ll talk about our “caged” daily lives, online comfort, burnout, anxiety, and some small ways to “re-wild” ourselves again.
