Film from the Tom Carstens archives. Tom was the owner of the #14 Allard J2, probably the most successful sports racing car on the west coast in the early 50's. The car was driven by Bill Pollack - one of the best drivers of the era. In addition to #14, look closely and you'll see several other significant cars from the era.
