Wondering what Brainspotting actually feels like? In this short video, I walk you through a brief, guided Brainspotting exercise so you can experience it for yourself.

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps you access and release stored emotional stress—especially when talking doesn’t get you the relief you need. It uses eye position to access deeper parts of the brain tied to emotion and memory, even if you can’t name what you’re feeling.

This video gives you a feel for what a Brainspotting session can be like—right from your screen.
