How to Solve a Pyraminx (1-Flip Method)

Below is a brief description of each of the cases in step 2:
Here is what each of the letters represents:
The first word indicates which side to hold the flipped edge; on the right or on the left.
The next three letters are R, L, and B, which represent the right, left and back centers which need to be oriented in this step. CW and CCW are clockwise and counter-clockwise respectively and indicate which way the tips need to rotate in order to be oriented. A ‘dash’ (-) means that the center is oriented.
