Joe catches up with Olympic triathlon legend Jonny Brownlee for a proper chat about a career that has had just about everything. From running to school with a backpack full of books to standing on Olympic podiums alongside his brother Alistair, Jonny reflects on the highs, the tough moments and everything in between.

They talk through the golden years of ITU racing, what it was like training with Team Sky, almost switching to pro cycling, and why Rio 2016 still leaves a bit of a sting. There are plenty of laughs too, including a story about Alistair going out on the beers and then smashing a long ride the next morning like nothing happened.
