It was a long time I was gonna try loobia polo with shallot yogurt and I finally did.

I must tell you the taste of shallot yogurt with loobia polo was amazing.
The coolness of yogurt combinated with warm polo and loobia is beyond deliciousness🤤
so, loobia polo with shallot yogurt is highly recommended for your soul😉
Bread tahdig is one of the best, especially with saffron and sesame 😋
I love the cuncht sound of tahdig 😍
