Playing around with grind size, dosing amount and temperature in an attempt to extract light roasted Ethiopia beans for espresso. The results are not that great and the shots are quite sour, but there may be a lot of factors affecting the shots, including the beans itself.
Coffee Beans: Ethiopia Gesha Village Chaka Bench Maji (Natural)
Pretty fun experiment and will definitely repeat it with other light roasted beans in the future.
