NBC Live interviews the parents of Cash Lee, a little boy that was initially misdiagnosed and received months of unnecessary medical treatment until he was seen by Stanford neurosurgeon and director of the Stanford Moyamoya Center, Dr. Gary Steinberg. Using virtual reality Dr. Steinberg was able to correctly diagnose Lee and then performed brain surgeries to treat moyamoya.
