In this video I cover the best location to get loot towards the middle of the game however I did complete this at level 2 so you can go there pretty much as soon as you get in if you would like. I'd personally recommend going in with a few people as if you get the enhanced bell bearing hunter It can be quite difficult to deal decent damage.
