RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat’s Remark on Ram Mandir Sparks Political Uproar

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat made a significant statement about India's independence. He claimed that India attained its "true independence" on the day of the Ram Mandir's construction in Ayodhya. Bhagwat suggested that the date of the temple's consecration should be celebrated as "Pratishtha Dwadashi."
He made these remarks in Indore while presenting the 'National Devi Ahilya Award' to Champat Rai, the general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
