There are allot of ambitous builds but their either fast with no range or have range and are slow. This is the best of both worlds. Most of those wannabe hi power builds fall short in the battery department for obvious reasons. Their are expensive and you cant get truly hi power packs so I built My own. I road from home to downtown and back going down on the highway back thru the city and that was 34 miles. I had 80% battery left so while I dont know how much range I have in total but using only 20% without using regen Id say is a win. This is not the ride in full obviously not showing over hour and half so its edited and sped up. About a 1/3 of it was riding around the james river and downtown this is mainly down and back footage. Most higher voltage EVs manufactured aint doing that or anything close. Some suffer from overheating and tons of issues. I DIYed this bike it has a 20s20p Molicel P45b pack a ASI BAC8000 controller and a 12kw QS motor.
