Forgotten Venues! Jacumba California/HALLOWEEN Episode!

We are wandering in the lovely western town of Jacumba California! Easily one of the best kept secrets of SoCal, this great little main street on historic HWY 80 hides 2 great little venues.
The first is the Jacumba Bath house, which just recently had been an empty relic and is now hosting open air concerts in the evenings.
The second is the Desert Tower. A beautiful structure with fascinating grounds that once hosted the now defunct but equally awesome In-Koh-Pah Festival.
An independent festival that was completely free of any corporate sponsorship and was once a highly anticipated gathering of independent SoCal artists, writers and musicians.

EDIT: I was mistaken in saying the town had incorporated.
It is in fact owned and operated by a Trio of investors who are facilitating the improvements.
