Greetings Friends! In the effort of true transparency, today was HARD. My kids are wild, I’m trying to keep it together. This is the first rough day we’ve had since the whole social distancing thing started. I need to remind myself though, it’s just a rough day and tomorrow will be better. Ketoginja Coleslaw

Ingredients:
1 bag shredded cabbage or broccoli slaw
1 cup mayo
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp swerve (heaping)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl whisk mayo, both vinegars & the sweetener. Taste for flavor and adjust accordingly.
Add cabbage to mayo mixture and stir well.
Cover and put in fridge for at least one hour. Best if made several hours before.
