VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Base - Change and adjust springs tutorial

How to change the springs in the new Virpil VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Base
NOTE: If you have difficulty re-inserting the spring tension screws, the receptical that the screw attaches to might have moved position, just remove the 4 screws holding the bottom plate on to gain access to the receptical and turn it to allow the screw to enter it. The tighten up the spring tension screw.
